Culturally Responsive
Therapy & Supervision
Therapy
I see therapy as a journey of reconnecting with ourselves and others. This includes all sorts of reasons we sought out therapy, such as career, family, loss, or trauma. In therapy, we explore the sources of your struggles and/or suffering. We look for your internal and external resources to empower you to heal the past, savor the present, and create hope for the future.
